BSM Trucking Terms and Conditions

Welcome to BSM Trucking. By engaging our dump truck services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Services Offered

1.1 Description of Services
BSM Trucking provides dump truck services for hire, including but not limited to transportation of materials such as soil, gravel, sand, and construction debris.

1.2 Service Availability
Our services are available Monday through Saturday, from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Service availability is subject to change based on weather conditions and other unforeseen circumstances.

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process
Clients must book services at least 48 hours in advance. Bookings can be made via our website or by contacting our customer service team.

2.2 Payment Terms
Payments must be made in full upon completion of services. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash. Invoices will be provided upon request.

2.3 Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

3. Client Responsibilities

3.1 Access and Permissions
Clients must ensure that BSM Trucking has the necessary access to the site where services are required. Any required permissions or permits are the client’s responsibility.

3.2 Load Specifications
Clients must provide accurate details regarding the type and volume of material to be transported. Overloading or incorrect specifications may result in additional charges or refusal of service.

4. Liability

4.1 Damage and Loss
BSM Trucking is not liable for any damage to property or loss of materials once the service has been completed. Clients must inspect the delivered materials immediately upon delivery.

4.2 Force Majeure
BSM Trucking shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

5. Amendments and Modifications

BSM Trucking reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which BSM Trucking operates. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
